As a chef with thirty-one years of perfected cooking experience, Chef Marcus has flourished at the Doubletree by Hilton at Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops. In this role, Marcus manages and leads a team of professionals, providing the freshest and highest quality products As a big believer in sustainability and local sourcing, Marcus is passionate about food quality and safety. He is a qualified ServSafe Chef and currently holds a Food protection Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association.
